Reiki allows us to harness the power that we hold within to heal ourselves. Reiki shows us a path of awareness. Reiki is a healing modality that was developed in the 1900's by Mikao Usui. It is a Japanese hands on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes the body's natural ability to heal itself. NKO Yoga provides Reiki treatment sessions for clients who want to experience this simple and natural method of healing.
Reiki Trainings
Level 1 & 2 Reiki training is open to anyone that is ready for a path of self-discovery and inner transformation. We will dive into the energy that is within you to share your healing gifts with others. You will learn the original Usui system of Reiki. NKO Yoga offers a comprehensive structures hands on approach of training. The world is in need of energy healers, Reiki has been integrated in the healing process at hospitals all over the world.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" that flow through us, and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
